Possibly looking for new Dentist
 

Our present dentist closed his office in Leesburg and now we have to go to his other office in Eustis which is a 25 mile drive one way. We presently have Compbenefits Dental insurance and in going to their website I can't find many dentists in the local area and none in the Villages that will take that particular insurance. I notice that there is a firm in Leesburg called Greenberg Dental which is a huge dental practice with offices in a lot of places in the Orlando and Jacksonville area. I don't know anything about this practice and wanted to know whether anyone has any information on them?

ps: I checked some comments on Greenberg and it's probably like Aspen Dental which I wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole. One other dentist was listed with Compbenefits. That was William Hendry of Fruitland Park. Anyone have any information on him?

We go to Dr. Sam Guarmieri at Greenberg Dental Leesberg and am very satisified. We also have Compbenifits. I am a former 35 year dental lab tech and he is nice ,not hard sell,good hygienist and reasonable with our HI215 Plan. He is the only dentist there. 352-460-0164 Hope this helps

I also go to greensburgh Dental and am happy there.

We all like both Dr.Kathleen Williams AND Dr. Reem Jabar at Palm Ridge Dental. Gainesville trained, smart, and warm and ethical and excellent, both of them.

Just called them...not accepting new patients until November.

My problem is I have Humana Compbenefits Insurance and it seems like there are very few in the area that takes it. We have our teeth cleaned every quarter and are charged $75 apiece with the insurance. Is that what others charge?

Not sure about your insurance but we are very satisfied with Dr Maria Luong at Serenity Dental Spa in Spanish Springs.

Unless they have raised their rates a cleaning is only about $88. We were paying $120 in NC.
