Eco Power Plus Carpet Cleaning

I received a quote for a villa from Eco Power Plus Carpet Cleaning. The quote was for $350. I asked what they do different than other carpet cleaning companies and she said they use special chemicals on the carpet that soften the fibers.

I asked how much it would be to clean the high traffic areas and she said she would take off $25 so it would be $325. The carpet has mainly one spot by the kitchen.

She was not friendly, spoke quickly and didn't let me get a word in, didn't really answer any questions regarding what they would do with my furniture, or what type of special chemicals they would use. It's difficult to justify that much money to spot clean and soften the fibers.

It sounds like there needs to more competition for good carpet cleaners in The Villages.

Eco Power

We have used Eco Power for years , especially after our renters left. Our carpets looked brand new when they were finished. Their price may be higher but you get what you pay for. They really send the time to clean the carpets and you can actually walk on the carpets minutes after they are cleaned..

We had these people clean our Corpus Christi carpets (whole house) as we had the same "trails" in our high traffic areas. They did outstanding job cleaning and moving everything - would highly recommend them to anyone.

These people are amazing. They did my carpets as well as clean the grout in the floor tiles. Unbelievably hard workers. Moved every item in bedrooms and living room. My carpeting looks and feels wonderful and for some reason it has remained CLEAN one year later. The grout looks like new. Yes they are expensive but worth every penny. In the past I've had Stanley Steemer and they were pathetic compared to Eco Power.

We had them clean our tile grout and our carpets. They did an outstanding job!!! Both were very friendly and professional and very hard workers. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend them.

We had our carpets repaired, cleaned & the grout cleaned by Eco-Power Plus yesterday & I have NEVER been so pleased with a service company-our carpets look better than the day we moved into our home. The owners are friendly, professional & do a fantastic job! I HIGHLY recommend this company.

They recently did a carpet for one of my clients. To say I was impressed was putting it mildly. This carpet had pet stains, you could tell where furniture had been placed by the difference in color in the carpet (probably hadn't been moved in years), it was on its last legs. When Eco was done, the carpet looked almost new. Great job and definitely worth trying before you replace your carpet if you're ready to spend that much for annual cleaning.

They do great work and my carpets looked brand new when they were done. They are a husband and wife team, maybe you caught her right in the middle of doing something. They are both very nice and very accommodating. It was well worth what I paid for the results!

Anyone have a phone # can't find them on the internet.

Stanley Steemer cleaned our carpet, three bedrooms for $99. I have a lot of experience shopping for carpet cleaning as we left a house up north with acres of carpeting.

Do NOT pay extra for ScotchGuard. Not worth it.
Ask for this months special when calling for rates.
Try to schedule early in the day when their tank is filled with clean water if they use a tank.
Almost all use heated steam. The secret is the pre treatment. AND Hard work. Some go over and over it again. It is the guy on duty that day, or as in the case of a good owner operator, THAT owner operator.

I love this forum. It is much better than Angie's List in my opinion.

Eco Power

Scott Brown and his wife who are Eco Power cleaned our carpet in a designer house in October when we moved out. The new homeowner was so pleased she nixed her plans to have wood floors put in. The Browns are total professionals and make carpets look like new. It's worth every penny. Their number is 352-552-3026.
