Visiting TV and viewing Open House
 

Since I do not have a pass card to get into TV can I go to the gate and will they let me in to go see a home that is for sale and an open house day? Thanks.

yes either a guard at the gate or press the button and you can go see the house

The gates are not to keep anyone out - but to control traffic. You have complete access.

Thanks for the information. Trying to set up our next date to visit TV. We will be moving here after we sell our home hopefully during the summer.

As the others have posted, just press the red button on an unmanned gate and the gate will open, or if the gate is manned, tell the gate person you are going to an open house and the gate will be opened for you. Enjoy going to open houses; I will be in TV next week going to some!
