So many newbie pets have been taken in so come by & meet these lovelies!

Almost all the dogs at Doggie Doo Run Run seem to be rescues, and their owners are all crazy about their pets. I love the fact that Villagers are so willing to welcome these vulnerable animals into their lives! :bigbow::bigbow:

Maybe Villagers will feel the warmth of a cold nose tomorrow!

I hope that anyone considering pet adoption will turn out at 11:30 AM, at LSL. Their best friend might be there waiting for them.

Missy was a rescue and the best dog anyone could ever want. Now I have Sunny and he is also a wonderful dog. They've made my house a home!

Even though I am just a TV wannabee, I stopped by the WVLG pet adoption event held on Friday at Lake Sumter Landing. Lots of cute doggies available for adoption. If you are considering adopting a smaller (or medium/larger) dog, please visit the Sumter County Humane Society/SPCA shelter as there were several adorable doggies up for adoption -- puppies, dogs 2 and 3 years old and even senior doggies.

Kudos to the volunteer ladies who were at LSL on Friday from the Sumter County Humane Society/SPCA! :doggie: :BigApplause:

Kevin & Jossie........please let me know the next time a WVLG Pet Adoption Day is scheduled @ LSL. This is first time I noticed your post. I see you are from Maryland. My husband and I were born in Baltimore and ended in beautiful Carroll County, Westminster MD. We moved to The Villages in October 2012 and we have not looked back. We are blessed to be here. As they say "Loving The Village Lifestyle" and "here until we croak". Janet
