Refinancing a manufactured home.
 
Does any know of a bank or credit union that would refinance a manufactured home in The Villages.

I would contact Citizens----if any entity will it would be Citizens IMHO.

I have heard most banks are not even issuing loans for manufactured houses prior to 1984. I think it has to do with insurability.

ask your bank if they don't i am sure they have a list

i have heard that you just need to show proof that the home is up to current hurricane standards.

We just refinanced our manufactured home through Citizens. It saved us about $200 a month.
