When Hillsborough cottage homes are complete, where will the next cottage homes be built?

Has anyone seen any new cottage activity anywhere yet?

All you need is sales agent that has the inside trac, yes there are a few.

Drive down Charlotte Court and you'll see new cottage homes being built. They're on the left opposite Amber Villas.

most time cottage homes are around patio villas or cyv those are usually built first

Thanks Chuck, that is the kind of info I'm looking for. Hillsborough is winding down and they built the cottages first, then built the patio villas in the center afterwards. Now they are finishing out with a few designers. Hoping the next cottage area will have a few more homes under 200,000. thanks again, Greg
