Bungalow Villa Garage space

I'm wondering how much space is left in a Bungalow Villa 1.5 garage, after you park a Hyundai Santa Fe (or similar sized SUV) and a golf cart inside. Is there enough space to put some shelving anywhere? Could someone post a picture/pictures showing how much space is available with these 2 large items inside?

Thanks in advance.

Although all CYVs are listed with a 1.5 car garage, the garages are not all the same square footage. The size and layouts vary between the different models. A couple feet makes a big difference when trying to fit all of that in. Plus, some models have the washer/dryer in the garage. I’d recommend getting some graph paper, and using the floorplan as a guide, draw “to scale” the garage of the model(s) you are interested in and then draw in the footprint of your vehicle, cart, shelving, etc.

I neglected to mention, specifically, an Anaheim model.

if you go online you can find the measurement of the garage..do a floor plan and see what you can fit in either way its tight

Actually the floor plan may not have accurate sq footage. The floor plan shown is the "standard" plan and many homes have additional sq footage added. That can also impact garage space. Some garages are "stretched".

We live in Haciendas of Mission Hills and we all have different square footage and garage sizes. I can't speak for other Villa neighborhoods. We just finished build out here a few months ago. It is true that there was no choice but many were built to different specs even when they were the same floor plan.
