Ipad not working
 

:blahblahblah:My Ipad, which is not quite 2 years old, has quit working. It is stuck on a message about The Cloud. I can't close the message and while it's there the screen does not respond to touch. I tried shutting it down but can't slide the slider either. Any suggestions? Do I have to take it to the Apple Store?

Is the battery low ? The only time I have a problem with the screen locking up, is when my battery is low. Try plugging it in and see if that will reset it.

No, it is fully charged.

OK, second suggestion...what happens when you try to sync it ?

you can also try holding the power and the home button down together for 10 seconds and let it reboot.

Good idea ! That was going to be my next suggestion.

What par car suggested has worked for
us in the past when our 2 yrold ipad 2 misbehaves.

Hooray, it worked! Thanks a bunch. I had done that before but I forgot about it.

I have that problem too............I have a good memory, its just too short.:wave:
