Furniture reupholster
 

Can anyone suggest a place where I could have two armchairs and two ottomans reupholstered? Does anyone have an idea of what that might cost? Thank you!

Don't have anyone to recommend, but it seems these days the cost to re-upholster is close to buying something brand new. The difference being repairing the old would probably give you a much better quality fabric for the same price as a new piece.

Try Lake Upholstery in Fruitland Park. They were recommended to me by a furniture sales person. I have not used them yet so I don't know their prices.l

I used Lake Upholstery to cover all my cushions for my lanai furniture. He did a great job. It's not cheap. As someone else stated you can just about replace the furniture for the price of being re-upholstered. And it also depends on the cost of the fabric you pick.

I called and asked for an estimate -- he said about $600 to reupholster one average armchair.
