Comcast problems
 

:loco:We are having loads of trouble with Comcast. We are exhausted and cannot seem to get our service straightened out. Does anyone have the name and number of the person whose name was in the newspaper awhile back who knows how to deal with Comcast problems. We are at our wits end!! Does anyone have suggestions for the best internet, phone provider in the Villages? Thanks.:loco:[B]:loco:

I don't have time right now to do a search for you, but the name and number were in the POA newsletter last winter. Perhaps you could go to their website and do a search. It was after October's edition and before May's.

Also, someone on a former thread suggested going up to their offices on 441 and speaking to them in person.

Debbie helped us right away.She even helped us when she was on vacation.

Can you share with us what the problem is so maybe it will help others? They hv a good product but their (seemingly, to me) have horrible customer service over the phone.
