Me, too! Today's food trucks aren't the ones of yore. Gourmet food at reasonable prices that you can eat while walking around. yummmmmm

The restaurant owners that pay for the squares probably wouldn't be real happy about that.

did they stop coming to brownwood? usually good food for under $8

The whole upscale food truck phenomenon is really interesting to me. It is a relatively inexpensive way for people to get in the "restaurant" biz and be able to move it around and keep their particular concept / food new to different area's.
