2014 Villages Renaissance Faire
 

The 2014 Villages Renaissance Faire is going to be held on Saturday January 4th and Sunday January 5th, 2014 from 10am to 6pm. We are in need of volunteers for the committee at this time. If you are interested, please PM me or call me at 352-272-4496 and I will get back to you.

We will also need people to help out at the Faire itself with various functions. If you are available on the 4th or 5th of January and would like to volunteer for those days, PM or call me as well.

I volunteered this past January, 2013 and I had a wonderful time! It was a beautiful, cool winter's day.

I had no idea there WAS a Villages Renaissance Faire. We own a home (currently rented) but will move down 6/14 and will help then. I know this has nothing to do with this year and is not what you were asking about, but I was very excited to see your post. My husband and I are very active in our local Ren Faire. We are feuterers, we take care of the Royal Hounds. Hopefully we will be welcomed to help when we arrive next year and you will post for volunteers again. Enjoy this years faire. I'm jealous that we won't be a part of it.

We attended last year's Ren Faire. We really enjoyed it. I'd be happy to volunteer; but we won't return to TV until the leaves turn. If you're asking for volunteers in June, I guess you need people in place well before the Fall.

Thank you all for replying. We are trying to get the main committee together right now, probably have our first meeting at the end of July but we can use volunteers anywhere up and through the day of the event. I will PM you all with more information as I have it.

And anyone else who is interested in helping out or just needs information on the Faire, let me know.

Is there a contact for potential vendors? We have a good friend who has participated in Penzic for many years and is now doing the renfair circuit with his business.

They can send an email to vendors@thevillagesrenfaire.com letting us know they want to be a vendor and when we have the vendor applications ready (hopefully going out in August) we will be sure to get them one.
