I tried but did not see it launch. May have been a bit smaller than shuttle?

I could not see it, but then again I was in Norton, MA in 2006 ;). Was this one of the first posts on TOTV?

Shuttle returns home today.... scheduled at 11:57 or 1:34 ET.

Is there a sonic boom in TV on approach ???

Seeing as how I live in Norton, MA also I think it was not visible. But we did catch one on a visit to TV last year. Wow, 2006 post finally answered:)
