travel for women only
 

Does anyone know of, or interested to form, a group of women who would like to travel with other women? There are some organized groups like Gutsy Women but I was thinking of travelling on a smaller scale and with women whom I know. Plus single supplements really add to the price of a trip. We could meet in between for fellowship/friendship. Trips could be anywhere from a few days to much longer, within the south or farther afield. Whatever the group wants... Anyone interested?

absolutely! I'm not there full time, but hope to be soon and would definitely like to get together a group like this.

This is something I may be interested in. I will be a snowbird for a few years so my travel time would be limited.

With two pups my travel time is difficult but the fellowship idea is terrific.

Yes, I would defiantly be interested. I am taking a trip in Feb to Antarctic and had trouble finding a companion so am heading out on my own. It would be nice to find a group of like minded lady travelers as I have such a need to wander:). Thanks for the invitation. marietrusky@aol.com.

I have two dogs as well, but it sounds like there are a lot of good pet sitters there.

I'm not in The Villages yet but I am definitely interested. I would love to travel with a group from TV. Now, if only I could talk my 89 year old mother into moving into our home in TV!

I didn't fall off the edge of the earth. I'm back in Pennsylvania deep into a couple of real estate transactions that are consuming my time/energy. I expect to be back in TV nlt early November. Can we wait to get together then? Or, if someone wants to take the ball and start organizing a group, I'll join you when I return. Pls keep me in the loop.
