Bread Stand at Farmer's Market Yesterday
 
Does anyone know who "owns" the bread stand at the Farmer's Market - I was at Spanish Springs yesterday - this is the stand that has the European breads and the Amish products? Is it Yalaha's?

The baker and his wife own the stand. They will be at Brownwood this Saturday and then will be on vacation until the first week of October. I will miss the baguettes and the wonderful cookies.

If it is the one owned by a French gentleman and his wife they also have a store front bakery in Grand Island. Here is the info.
