can't stay signed in for comcast email
 

I use Comcast for my internet service-For the last three days I cannot stay signed in for my email account-I put in user name,password and check the keep me signed in box.Yet everytime I shut down laptop and come back on later,I have to resign in.I've had this and a few other problems ever since I updated adobe .Don't know if that has anything to do with it or not.Any thoughts?

I also have Comcast and no problems. However when I had Century Link after doing my maintenance work it would clean the sign in and I had to re-enter it. You may want to call comcast

If you delete cookies or have your Internet settings set to automatically delete cookies, it may be the reason you do not stay logged in.
