Seeking DAY TRIPPER INFORMATION
 

Looking for a 1/2 day , day trip - unique place to drive to see scenary and do lunch after with the ladies. Outside The VIllages, Ride.... Have done Mt. Dora already and Winter Garden.

Does anyone know of any country type ride and nice place for lunch??

I have gone to Homossasa, about an 1 hour and 20 minutes away (from my place), near the Gulf. Had a great seafood lunch at The Freezer. Very rustic, excellent fresh seafood and a beautiful drive. Cash only and order at the bar, runners bring your food out. Seating is open, no hostess, and you sit where space is available at any table, so you get to meet new people along with the great food. I loved the place. Google it and you can view the menu. I had crab and shrimp and it was delicious! I am going again this weekend.
