Snow Bird home
 

There appears to be a great deall of homes for sale. If the Villages is as good as the ads say why are all the homes for sale..?? Curious Snow Bird. :dontknow:

From what I understand one of the reasons that sales have slowed in the Villages is because of the problems that people in the north and east have selling their homes. As for preowned homes here in the Villages, a number of residents choose to sell their home and move to a larger one or a villa. Some times it takes living here for awhile for us to decide exactly what kind of home we want to live in and also where.

The Villages is a great place to live.

That is exactly what I have heard. Fewer people coming in because of the housing market. Things are suppose to pick up though.
