Personal Injury Lawyer Needed

Recently had an accident...bike vs golf cart. Driver was very honorable, reported it to his insurance company, and paperwork has been submitted. Think to cover all bases, I should contact a personal injury lawyer. Can you recommend a good Personal Injury Lawyer?
Thanks!

Did you get hurt, have any medical expenses, bike damaged, or lose time from doing what you normaly do? If so and you donot want the hassle of dealing with the"cart" drivers insurance then get a lawyer. Just be aware a lawyer wil get 25-30% of any claimed amount and most claims will be based on Medical/hospital billls....and note PIP does not apply to golf carts accidents unless it was a licensed LSV.

We used Tim Babiarz after our accident back in 2009 and would recommend him. He is local and did suggest that we add PIP coverage to our cart policy. Consultation is free.

See a legal paper below and look at Section III

Most people would get medical as well as Uninsured/underinsured coverage for a golf cart.

Do You Really Need Golf Cart Liability Insurance?

Are you sure he suggested that you add PIP or was it UM coverage?? Suggest you read the article (Below) prepared by Tim Babriz specifically on Golf Carts and if PIP is applicable.

So what happens in a golf cart vs automobile accident when the automobile driver has no insurance and is at fault?

If you have medical and uninsured/underinsursed Mororist (UM) Coverage on your Golf Cart you would be covered. The key in your example would be Uninsured Coverage....and as that legal paper cites (and referenced in my previous post),

"If 30 to 40% of automobiles have no bodily injury liability coverage, close your eyes and imagine what percentage of golf carts are not insured. Because of the significant number of golf carts and automobiles that have little or no insurance, it is again recommended that you purchase uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage. Practice the golden rule of insurance -- insure for yourself as you would have others insure for you"
