I saw a woman today who apparently didn't care if she hurt her grandson!
 

Today on Legacy Lane, I saw a golf cart going at its full speed with the grandmother sitting at the wheel and a 3 or 4 year old boy standing up between her legs steering the cart. The child was standing on his tip toes to see over the steering wheel. The grandmother had no hands on the wheel at all. Why would a grandmother puts a child's life at danger like that? It brings tears to my eyes to think that an adult is so thoughtless. She should be arrested.

Unfortunately there are many cart owners who think that golf carts are toys to be played with.They need to realize that they are motor vehicles which when misused can cause serious or deadly injuries. This person also was enjoying teaching her grandchild how to break the law.
