I filled out the new patient forms and delivered them and a month later they abruptly cancelled my appointment with no reschedule date (I was away when they called), and then did not answer my phone calls to reschedule and get a prescription renewed and basically did not call me back. They basically blew me off before I was even a patient. In addition, you don't see the doctor but every 3 or 4 years. I have never received this kind of treatment up north.
