Boating Anyone?
 

I currently live in NJ but we're coming down in October 2013 to spend a week and look around in anticipation of buying in spring 2014. I have a question about boating. In NJ, we are only 45 minutes to a marina where we docked our boat which gave us access to the ocean and intercostal waterway for cruising and inshore/offshore fishing. In the past, my wife and I enjoyed spending several nights a month sleeping on the boat. I'm currently without boat right now and plan to re-buy a boat once at TV. But my question is... are there other villagers that have boats in marina's on either the Gulf or Intercostal waterway and if so, do you use the east or west coast for gulf or ocean. Also looking forward to a cruise to the Keys. Has anyone from the Villages done that trip?
