Closing this week
 

After many years of visiting we are closing this week on a resale in pennecamp, have to close by mail since we can't be down for a few more weeks. Love the house and location

I also just bought and will be closing in 2 weeks. From LOng Island, Nassau county. Grew up in Brooklyn. Wont be a permanent Villager for a few years, but how great is it to have something to look forward to.

I grew up in Selden LI. Lived on Alma as a child then on Liberty in first house as an adult. WELCOME!! How long did you live there? Know each other?

Congrats. Know how you must feel. We closed August 1st on a pre-owned home in Mira Mesa that we have never seen in person! Already renting here, we know it is the right choice! Enjoy your new home.

We are from the Albany, NY area and close next Monday. We will be moving full time later this year.
