Do TVers laugh more than 10 times a day?
 

One of my favorite "short" sections in TV's Daily Sun newspaper is the 3-inch column dubbed USELESS KNOWLEDGE. It always makes me laugh!

In the July 23 issue (bottom of page D-1) it has 5 useless points. #4 claims "The average person laughs 10 times a day." Of course, I laughed when I read that.

I think TVers, on average, laugh more than 10 times a day. Heck, I laugh 5 times daily just reading the 5 useless points of knowledge. #3 today was "It's against the law to burp or sneeze in a church in Nebraska."

I've got to get a life. Nah....I'm retired (and laughing).

I love "useless knowledge" and was devastated when it disappeared for a short while. And I laugh with every opportunity - truly believe my husband and I have made it through thick and thin 'cause no matter how tough things got we were able to find some humor and sometimes laughed till we peed in our pants! Now my children tell me they know their future spouse must have a sense of humor and be able to laugh even during the bad times.
