Day trips from The Villages?
 

Are there any groups in TV that organize day trips to the beach, Disney, and other fun destinations? Also, is there a beach in Daytona that you would recommend that has some amenities (chair/umbrella rental, food) available? Thanks! We close in Delmar August 15!:a040::2excited:

Welcome to The Villages and TOTV.
AAA Auto offers trips almost every day. Shopping, baseball, Casinos, St John's River cruises, dinner shows,Clearwater beach, etc. When you get down here, just drop into one of their offices and pick up the current calendar. You don't have to be a AAA member to go on these trips.

Oh, also... There is a women's group called Juliet (Just Us Women Into Every Thing) that any woman can join, and they organize trips for shopping, upscale grocery stores, museums, plays, etc.

Good luck with your move. I was also interested in going on trips from TV so I thank you for your post. We are coming for our first long stay in September. Maybe we'll run into each other!
