TOTV problems
 

Hi.. is anyone else having difficulty with this forum? Lately when I try to click on a thread or go to page 2 of a thread the page doesn't load.I have to go back & forth from where I was to where i want to go multiple times before the page loads.When it finally loads it's quick but this is getting annoying going back & forth.HELP!..Oh and one more thing when I click on a thumbnail of a pic it takes forever to load or it doesn't load at all! This is not happening anywhere else but on TOTV

I occasionally have problems with TOTV pages loading slowly. Not within the last week, but every once in a while. Sometimes on my ipad everything but the new posts on the bottom of the page (which I use almost exclusively) will load, but the new stuff at the lottom just gets stuck on "loading." I've never had the patience to wait it out, so I don't know if it ever loads or just sits there.

There were a few days last winter when the site wouldn't load. I believe it was a problem with the site, but I'm not sure.

I find the site to run slower than other sites I use on my laptop.

Have been experiencing problems with pictures loading when I click on to enlarge.

did you try clearing your cache? sometimes it is full and takes longer. I did that and it is faster

I too notice that the pages take a long time to load, more often than not, it seems.
I get very elongated ads as the page tries to load, then 'pop' it finally loads.

I don't think it is too many users on at one time. I work night shift and am often on the site at 0100- 0200 Pacific time. only the very early risers from TV are on at that time.

I just try to be patient. (Key work "try")

On and off problems with TOTV but then sometimes I have problems with other websites.

We will look into these reported issues.

anything we need to know about? this is the only site I'm having problems with.As an example when I first loaded this page the first 4 posts loaded & it showed the user name for post#5 but didn't load anything below the user name.
I've checked my speed on my internet connection & it's fine.Is there any way for me to get some help here?

We made some adjustments when the cron jobs run. Hopefully this helps your situation.
