what's the holdup, Sable...?

Now that we've all had a look at your gorgeous pool and view, you may have many, many new friends!

The main reason is my 89 year old mother doesn't want to move to TV full time. We are suppose to close on our St. Augustine condo in August so maybe in the next year we can take our TV home off the long term rental market and at least go to TV a few months a year. Keep your fingers crossed!
