New to Villages
 

Hi - I'm John coming to stay for three months in hopes of making my stay permanent! I am coming from New Jersey (Bergen County) and looking forward to meeting many of you.

Hi John. We will be joining you soon as we close on our new home in sabal chase on 8/19. If you want some advise, fine the area where you want to live first then look for the house.

My wife and I closed on our home in Tamarind Grove in May and just arrived for a stay of about a month. We are so busy getting our house organized but still making time to enjoy all the things here in TV. Hope you find it just as enjoyable.

John you didn't say if this was your first time to The Villages.
If you have never done it I would recommend going to the sales office @ Lake Sumter and getting on the tour bus. It's a freebie an It gives you a decent view of The Villages but mostly very informative. There is no obligation, just tell them you want to check out The Villages.
When we were looking we never met any pushy sales people so no one is going to "bother" you. The Villages sells itself an ask if they have any free maps. There is a really good one but it cost, I think $5.00. Enjoy

Hi John, welcome to The Villages. We are also from Bergen County, HHK and Ridgewood and just love it here!...you will, too! Check out the new homes and do the tour. You will love all the realtors, they are not pushy. They don't have to be, it sells itself. Have fun and hope you become a Villager, too.
