Finally! New owners in Mira Mesa
 

After renting in The Villages a couple winters, we finally closed by mail (not an easy process but its done) today! We have our home sold in Michigan with a September closing and will be down there Sept 22! Our grandsons attend the Villages Charter Schools. We still have another home in Michigan for the summers but we look forward to being Villagers and embracing all the activities available. :jester:

Still getting used to this forum so not sure if my reply actually went out...so if I'm repeating, I apologize. We love forward to meeting you perhaps once we get there in late September. Too hot to leave now but we are itching to see our new home for the first time! Talk about a leap of faith. But we know that area very well and our daughter viewed the home with lots of pics. Just saw your reply from 8/1/13....We didn't get down here to see our home for the first time until 9/21. It has been a whirlwind for the last 4 months as we have redone the inside and are finally done and can enjoy our home. Wondered if you knew of any get-togethers her in Mira Mesa. Would love to meet new friends. Give us a call and perhaps we can meet for happy hour.
