Finally! Low Glycemic Index Pasta
Found this in Publix yesterday

So I'm thinking that was probably more than a serving??? which is probably like 1/2 cup!!! It does look delightful - was the pasta good or gooey?

Sorry we are all raining on your parade - I for one think it could be an awesome product and will be trying it myself. Anything that is lower on the glycemic index is a friend of mine.

Like psyllium aka Metamucil, it is not digestible, but give a starchy sweetness to food. I'm all in for inulin and apologize for dissing it earlier. It is a polymer, but a natural and apparently safe one. Next time I make pasta for a crowd I'll use it. Eat on Dr. Boogie and enjoy! |
