find an airline that does it's own maintenance with it's employees and fly that one.....assuming there any left that do not out source.

Sorta going to your surgeon who will check you out and diagnose you, greet you at the hospital and then has an outsourced surgeon do the surgery.

If that is unacceptable why is aircraft maintenance OK?
