FloorMasters are excellent!
 

We have used FloorMasters both for installation of laminate flooring and for buying products. This time around, we chose a beautiful laminate that the boss put in his own home, Shaws Tellico Hickory. Looks beautiful! John has been a great help both in guiding us to the right color and brand, and advising my husband on the install. Price is right, customer service is wonderful, and so much to chose from. I highly recommend FloorMasters.

Same here Floor Masters is the BEST I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND FLOOR MASTERS ....And the guys who installation the tile for Floor Masters was GREAT .And service was GREAT

sorry - my experience with floormasters was 180 degrees beyond the above good news. like anything, the job depends on the sub-contractor!

They get my endorsement too. Nothing but high praise for the sales person we have dealt with and the owner. They also do a fabulous job with carpet cleaning too which is contracted out and performed each time by the same contractor. And, they stand behind their work.

We removed carpet and insalled hardwood. Fair price, good communication, excellent installation. Floormasters were truly masterful in our case.

Contractor was 3 & 1/2 hours late for tile installation. We were told it was an additional $400.00 to remove and then replace our original baseboard, or- pay $650.00 to add new baseboard. I'll be asking FloorMasters why that cost was not stated when purchasing the tile. It's a lousy way to run a railroad. Not happy with FM!

We also used them to remove the original carpeting and replace with laminate...except for 2 of the 3 bedrooms. They were fantastic. About a month after the install we did have a small problem with the transition strip between the carpet and laminate. They came out immediately after we informed them and corrected the problem. It's been almost 3 years since the install...no issues.

I would not recommend them to do anything!!!
We hired them to tile our whole house. It took three weeks and we could not get them to finish a room until the last day!! Talked to sales person and manager and got the impression that they really did not care as they had plenty of business!!

Anyone have a comment on Roberto's Flooring? Was told that it would be three to four weeks before install.

Another vote for FloorMasters. Great price, delivery, install and service.
We had the whole house done in engineered hardwood and couldn't be happier.

SORRY!!!....I used Floormasters in 2008 and JOE went above & beyond to find the tile I wanted and our installer picked it up...Joe is now 100% dedicated to the Villages business......We ended up driving to Orlando to Lumber Liquidators to get the laminate flooring we wanted AND we got it for $2.00 per square foot LESS THAN WHAT FLOORMASTERS had quoted us to order it. Floormaster's Customer Service NOT THE SAME w/o Joe......we are done dealing with Floormasters ever again!
