I am not able to use my timeshare this year from Dec 29th until January 5th. Celebrate New Years Eve in style on the beach in Florida. Many activites from kayaking, biking, fishing, shopping, para sailing, walking the beach, dining, pool, etc etc. Would make a great Christmas gift. Selling it for $850 for the week. Cost double that to stay there. 1 bedroom/1 large bathroom, living room, kitchen/dining area, balcony that faces the ocean and pool.
