Warning - phone call from a company call Novatel
 

I just received a phone call from a company call Novatel, after checking I found out the company is based in San Antonio Texas. Phone number is 210-249-0854. They call and told me my computer was in danger of being hacked, I ask how they would have know that, and with other questions, and asking for their phone number they hung up. If anyone one gets a phone call from these people just hang up and save yourself a lot of aggravation.

We also got this same call this morning. Did the smart thing and just hung up!!

I got a call today asking for the main user of our computer. Thought that was odd didn't ask for us by name so I just told him that we didn't have a computer and boy did he get mad liked I called him and they hung up.

Mr 07 got a similar call early this afternoon. He was in a deep snooze and they said they could see his computer and it had problems. Don't think so.

Scam, scam...don't even give these people the time of day.

That's why I have Caller ID. If I don't know who it is I don't pick up. Period.

This computer hacker scam is old news this is about the 4th time they hit The Villages. One wonders why the NSA can't nail these guys:D
