What do you think about this mess? The anti-paparazzi legislation?
 

Hawaii follows in California's footsteps in proposing new anti-paparazzi law | Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press

I have a lot of problems with this legislation. Celebrities certainly deserve their privacy especially the kids who have not chosen to be in that situation of living in a fish bowl. But, doing something about this via laws seems the wrong tactic as from what I have read they seem impossible to really enforce with creating a huge mess for our court system and serious constitutional challenges from any variety of places?
