Push/Pull Valve under the Toilet
 
Need help please.

Has anyone had experience with changing out the push/pull shut off valve behind the toilet in the bathrooms. We have one that shuts itself off whenever it feels like it, would like to have it either replaced by a reputable plumber or husband thinks he could do it - I might have to visit the grandchildren if he decides to do it!
