We don't have a home in TV yet but I was just wondering if you can plant flowers on your property ? I really like black eyed susans

you can plant anything that you like. i understand that you cannot plant vegetables and fruit trees in the front yard, but since these restrictions are not enforced i suppose you can do almost anything.

Black Eyed Susans grow like weeds here and you will have all the butterflies in the neighborhood visiting your yard.

You can go here to see what the restrictions are. I don't recall the vegetable, fruit tree ban..............but it sounds like a good idea.
