I am sitting here at dawn of this new day, and saw this post. I don't have PH, but I'm praying all good things will come your way. You might ask around about support groups for this. There are always plenty of folks in the same boat, no matter the problem.

My neighbor had this and was prescribed a medication. The medication was put into a gadget (pump) that turned it into a mist and she would breathe it into her lungs once or twice a day. She was overweight and had coronary artery disease which may or may not have been a contributing factor. Too, she had been a smoker most of her life and she thought that might have been the cause.
