Good morning, everyone. Since we have been discussing red lights, I wonder if anyone can tell me what the small blue lights above the traffic lights are? Too many to be cameras. Thanks in advance.

The blue lights are in sync with the red lights. Red light on, bluelight on etc. A police officer can determine a light is red without seeing the actual red light.
