Road Resurfacing
 

Has anyone else noticed the sloppy workmanship performed on Odell Circle near Mallory Hill? Without adjusting the manhole covers, a new layer of hot top was added and now, there are several serious depressions to travel over because of the manhole covers.

I don't understand why the partial resurfacing was even necessary in the first place but, to do it in such a slip shod way now creates a challenge to avoid driving over the manholes. Just sayin'
