A TV Lady Likes Vic Damone
 

In today's Daily Sun there was a big article about a lady collecting Vic Damone albums. I think he certainly had a crooner's voice. Even Frank Sinatra said so. In TOTV postings of some time ago, I mentioned about liking Al Martino and I received a post about Matt Monroe. I went to I-Tunes and heard his voice and bought several CDs of his. Although he was more popular in England, he also had a very nice voice. For the ladies, wonder who your favorite crooner might be. Johnny Mathis, Bobby Vinton, Pat Boone, Dean Martin? I alway liked the salty voice of Julie London.

I like Julie London too. But Tony Bennett's my man.

The Vic Damone version of "You Were Always on My Mind" is the best version of that song I ever heard.
