Had a fabulous dinner at Cuvee in Ocala. Atmosphere is very romantic, great food and great selection of wine. The service was excellent, would recommend this place for a great romantic evening with your significant other or just to take out of towners for a very good dinner, a little pricey but doing this once in awhile is so special.

Very good menu and they change it, so not always the same thing. I had a seafood risotto that was excellent.
