Need assistance to start a charitable fund raiser in the Villages
 

Can anyone tell me who I need to contact to get permission to hold a fund raiser in one of the squares? It would initailly be quite small, but hopefully gain popularity. It would be to assist the humane society and be a halloween costume/zombie walk (pets aslso invited to dress up).
Possibily combine it with a blood drive, "thriller" line dance (aka Michael Jacksons Thriller), spooky make-up lessons, etc.....

Can anyone offer any assistance in how to begin?
