Citizens First Bank Online Problem
 

Just curious Is anyone else having problems with on-line bill pay with Citizens Bank ? Worked fine until today, bank suggested it's a problem on my end.

Did you change browsers, add any security software, or use a different computer? This can trigger problems with online access for banks. I used to work for a bank and those were the usual culprits.

Different browers will make a difference. my wife was having trouble, so she called the bank. They told her it would not work with AOL (been using aol for years), to use IE10 or 9 switched over it worked and then swithed back to aol and has been working fine for past 6 months.

I just used it and I was using AOL at the time with no problem. I really find it a very effective way to pay my bills with a minimum of effort.
