TV & CDD's
 

Certainly plenty to like about TV. My concern about CDD's is that the property owner might find himself responsible for "owning" more of it than bargained for once the developer is finished. Thanks to Village Kahuna for explaining the "theory" behind the bond issue and how it's "supposed" to work. (That would seem to be connected to how the previous management "managed" it. ) It seems like everyone should be sure to read ALL the fine print. P.S. Maybe St. Joseph is trying to tell us something......that the real estate market needs to straighten out. So many people wanting to move south and west. I think the only way to sell fast is to ask less than the competiton. Those who have no mortgage are in the best position to do that.
