The sixties band
 
Went to sumter to hear new band called the sixties band. Only played music from the sixties, kinks, turtles, grass roots, peter and Gordon, hermans hermits, tommy james. Will be in Brownwood Monday.:MOJE_whot:

I'm in the band as well (in fact all of us in the band are Villagers), and ditto what Graytop said. It was a great crowd and a great time. Looking forward to more of the same at Brownwood next Monday! (Except maybe no rain this time...)

Since you personally know someone in the band, could you please ask them if they play any music from the early sixties and not just the British stuff. Remember, there were no Brits on the charts during 1960, 61, 62 & 63. Dion, The Four Seasons, Beach Boys, Elvis etc. Do they have any of that music in their repertoire?
