We went smaller than originally planned.

After the LSV we thought about getting a courtyard villa, but then opted for a patio villa instead as it is more than ample for our lifestyle for the 4-5 months a year that we will be in TV.

Had we not been snowbirds, I think we would have gone for a 3 bedroom designer home.
