I am new to The Villages and need to know where to take my jewelry to be cleaned. I have heard horrid stories about diamonds being switched(not here) and just need to know who I can trust. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Go see Lynann at Gold 'n' Art Jewelers which is next to Verizon Wireless on 441.

We use the Gold and Art Jewelry Store on 441 between Starbucks and Longhorn Steakhouse across from Home Depot. They've been in business 28 years in Mt. Dora and 4 years in The Villages. I've compared their prices with the ones at LSL and are more reasonable. Always seem busy too.

Stay away from Arden's. I was charged over $40.00 to fix a frayed link on a chain.
