How close can I get by golf cart to the Villages Elementary at Lady Lake?

Looks to me like it's The Villages Woodworking Shop, yes?

(I have not test driven this yet from Sanibel, but it looks not too hard: Morse to Rio Grande, to [I guess - haven't been there yet] the Mira Mesa cart path just past Chula Vista, then to Palermo, and finally find the path leading to the Shop. Any tips or comments welcome. Thanks.)

Probably the closest to the school (across the street from Five Guys) would be the far side of the Target parking lot. You can walk the grass path down to the cop, he'll wave you across the street, drop off/pick up child, same routine going back. Or cross up by Five Guys and hold your breath.

It's a bit further from the woodshop and definitely to walk up to where the police officer/pick up area is.

have to agree with redwitch about crossing with the officer! driving in that area when school starts/ends is dangerous enough! would never consider crossing by the woodshop without assistance!
