Leicester Terrace in the Village of Belevedere
 

We will be moving to Leicester Terrace (courtyard villa) shortly. We back on a little bit of golf course, (I think it is Churchill Downs) and after that there is The Villages Charter School. We'd love to hear from anyone who knows anything about the area.

We are wondering about rumours we've heard. Is it noisy from the train track? Do games at night at The Villages Charter School cause a lot of bright lights and noise? Are there any neighbourhood activities .. we would like to meet some new people.

Hi Barefoot,
We were thinking of that area too. We just sold our house in Mi this past week. We close next week and will be in TV Sept.1. We are renting a villa for a few months til we find a house.We think we like the Austin model , but who knows.
May I ask why you decided on the Belvedere area?
